|1 can||Black beans; (Progresso is good), partially drained|
|Canned chopped tomatoes; (add to taste)|
|1½ tablespoon||Chili powder|
|¼ teaspoon||Cayenne; (more if you like it spicy)|
|3 tablespoons||Chopped onion; (use dried minced onion to save time)|
|¼ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
This is a chili that I make for myself when I'm starved and have no time.
It's also low-fat and really easy! Mix all ingredients, cook for about 15 minutes or so, until the flavors blend. Top with shredded cheddar.
