Easter egg candy

1 | cup | Hot mashed potatoes |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | cup | Shredded coconut |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla 1 lb boxes confectioner's sugar 8oz package of choclate chips |
⅛ | each | Cake paraffin |
Directions
combine potatoes and butter. Stir in coconut and vanilla. Add sugar gradually, mixing well after each addition. Form into egg shapes, using 1 tbps mixture for each egg. Place on waxed paper. Let harden for 1-3 days. Melt chocolate over hot water, dip eggs into chocoalte, using 2 spoons. Place on waxed paper to harden. Chopped nuts, candied fruits, or peanut butter may be used instead of coconut.
