Easter egg candy

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Hot mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Shredded coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 lb boxes confectioner's sugar 8oz package of choclate chips
each Cake paraffin

Directions

combine potatoes and butter. Stir in coconut and vanilla. Add sugar gradually, mixing well after each addition. Form into egg shapes, using 1 tbps mixture for each egg. Place on waxed paper. Let harden for 1-3 days. Melt chocolate over hot water, dip eggs into chocoalte, using 2 spoons. Place on waxed paper to harden. Chopped nuts, candied fruits, or peanut butter may be used instead of coconut.
