Dutch pear pie

1cupCream or canned evaporated
Milk
1tablespoonLemon juice
5Fresh pears, peeled & diced
Or canned
Pears in light syrup
¼teaspoonCinnamon
1tablespoonSugar
9In unbaked pie shell

Directions

Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set.

**Apples or peaches may be used.
