Dutch pear pie

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Flour
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Cream or canned evaporated
\N \N Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
5 \N Fresh pears, peeled & diced
\N \N Or canned
\N \N Pears in light syrup
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Sugar
9 \N In unbaked pie shell

Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set.

**Apples or peaches may be used.
