Dutch pear pie

| 1 | cup | Cream or canned evaporated |

| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 5 | Fresh pears, peeled & diced | |
| Or canned | ||
| Pears in light syrup | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 9 | In unbaked pie shell | |
Directions
Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set.
**Apples or peaches may be used.
