¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
9 \N | In unbaked pie shell |
Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set.
**Apples or peaches may be used.
