Dry salami and mushroom bolognese

8ouncesSliced Monterey Mushrooms
4ouncesSliced Dry Salami; (minced)
1Yellow onion; (chopped)
3Cloves garlic; (minced)
1bunchItalian parsley; (chopped)
2tablespoonsFresh oregano; (chopped)
¼cupRed wine
2tablespoonsOlive oil
2teaspoonsSalt
2tablespoonsBlack pepper
¼teaspoonDried crushed red chilies
1can(12 Oz.) crushed tomatoes

Directions

In a blender place mushrooms, salami and next four ingredients. Blend till finely chopped. Heat oil in large sauté pan and add mushroom mixture. Sauté for 5 minutes or until liquids are gone. Deglaze pan with red wine and reduce out. Add remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy.
