Corned beef quiche

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
1 each (15oz) can corned beef
1 small Onion, finely shredded
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
\N dash Allspice
2 eaches Eggs, slightly beaten
1¼ cup Milk

Pre bake pie shell at 375F for 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Set aside. Reduce oven temperature to 325F. Crumble corned beef into pie shell. Sprinkle onion over meat, top with swiss cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over hash and cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until set. Cool 20 minutes before serving. Origin: Women's Circle, for cooks on the go. Shared by: Sharon Stevens
