2 \N | Fresh onion blades; chopped |
1 tablespoon | Bacon drippings |
1 cup | Instant rice |

Boil livers, brown beef, saute celery and onions. Combine with seasonings to taste. Use chicken broth, if needed to thin. Simmer until rice is cooked.
