Devonshire cream (non-traditional)

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Heavy cream or 8 oz
Softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons Confectioner's sugar
½ cup Sour cream

In a chilled bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form (if using cream cheese, just beat together with sugar. Fold in sour cream, and blend.

Serve with scones and preserves or over fresh berries.
