Mock devonshire clotted cream (tdn)

Yield: 999 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3 oz) cream cheese
1 cup Heavy or whipping cream
1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor, until thick (food processor works best). Serve with preserves on warm scones.

Keep refrigerated.
