2 cups Sour cream
2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Serve with scones and big bowls of fresh berries OR served with as a dip with a fruit platter.

This is a great appetizer for a brunch. This can be prepared 2 days ahead amd refrigerate.
