Devon strawberry tea

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Frozen sliced strawberries in syrup; thawed, One 425-gram package
3 cups Tea; chilled [750mL]
⅔ cup Frozen lemonade concentrate; thawed [75mL]
1⅔ tablespoon Lemon juice; [25mL]
2 cups Sparkling water; chilled [500mL]
\N \N Lemon slices

Purée the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Combine the strawberry puré with the tea, lemonade concentrate and lemon juice in a large pitcher and chill for at least 1 hour or until serving time.

To serve : add the sparkling water to the strawberry mixture and pour into glasses. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice.

Yield : approx. 2 quarts (1¾ liters).
