Yield: 4 Servings
|1 \N||(2.5-3 pound) chicken fryer; cut up|
|1 \N||Envelope Shake and Bake seasoning for chicken|
|1 teaspoon||McCormick's Italian seasoning|
|¼ pounds||Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated|
|4 slices||Raw bacon; chopped|
|½ \N||Green pepper; chopped|
Coat chicken pieces with Shake and Bake that is seasoned with oregano, basil, McCormick's Italian Seasoning and rosemary. Coat according to directions on envelope. Arrange chicken in a single layer in an ungreased shallow 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 400ø for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
While chicken is cooking, combine cheese, mayonnaise, bacon and pepper, blending well. Spread over baked chicken and broil for 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
