Curry soup mix

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Rice, uncooked |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ⅓ | cup | Walnuts, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Onions, dried |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander, ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cardamom, ground |
| 2 | cups | Shredded cooked Chicken |
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended.
Store in an airtight container. To make soup,bring 10 c water to boil in large stockpot over high heat; add soup mix. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Stirring occasionally, simmer 20-25 minutes, until rice is tender.
Stir in 2 c shredded cooked chicken or cooked peeled shrimp; cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
