Curry chicken wontons

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cooked & diced chicken
3 tablespoons Minced onion
3 tablespoons Minced celery
2 teaspoons Curry powder
¼ cup Mayo
24 Wonton wrappers
1 Beaten egg
4 cups Oil

Mix chicken, onion & celery. Blend curry & mayo. Blend with chicken & vegetables. Place ¾ Tbls. on each wrapper. Brush with egg & fold into triangle & seal edges. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden. Serve hot with savory sauce of your choice.
