Cold curried chicken

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
3 cups Cooked chicken; cubed
1 cup Diagonally sliced celery
½ cup Sliced green onions
½ cup Thinly sliced dried apricots
\N \N Crisp lettuce leaves
\N \N Toasted almonds for garnish

In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and milk. Blend in lemon juice, mustard, curry powder and garlic salt. Add chicken, celery, green onions and apricots. Chill for several hours. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with slivered almonds if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
