Cup custard^

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Sugar
drop Or two of flavoring or
Speck of salt
½ cup Milk

Beat lightly together all ingredients. Pour into greased custard cups and cook slowly with cups set in pan of water until set. This doesn't make a lot so you may want to double or even triple the recipe.
