Do it yourself croutons

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Slices bread*
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
2 tablespoons Salad oil

Slice bread (homemade) into ⅜ in. cubes and place in a bowl. Add seasonings and oil. Toss well to mix.

Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 * until crisp.
