Pizza con cannellini

1cupCannellini beans (about 1/2 can), drained
1poundsPlum tomatoes; seeded and chopped fine
4eachesCloves garlic; minced very fine
1smallJalapeno pepper; chopped fine
2tablespoonsOlive oil
4tablespoonsCoarsely chopped fresh basil
2tablespoonsChopped fresh mint
1ounceGrated Parmesan cheese
3ouncesShredded Fontina cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Press out pizza dough. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over the dough, and pop into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Presto, a pizza.
