|\N \N||Pizza dough (see separate recipe \"Pizza Dough 'Crucial Crust'\")|
|1 cup||Cannellini beans (about 1/2 can), drained|
|1 pounds||Plum tomatoes; seeded and chopped fine|
|4 eaches||Cloves garlic; minced very fine|
|1 small||Jalapeno pepper; chopped fine|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|4 tablespoons||Coarsely chopped fresh basil|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh mint|
|1 ounce||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|3 ounces||Shredded Fontina cheese|
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Press out pizza dough. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over the dough, and pop into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Presto, a pizza.
