1 cup | Cannellini beans (about 1/2 can), drained |
1 pounds | Plum tomatoes; seeded and chopped fine |
4 eaches | Cloves garlic; minced very fine |
1 small | Jalapeno pepper; chopped fine |
2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
4 tablespoons | Coarsely chopped fresh basil |
2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh mint |
1 ounce | Grated Parmesan cheese |
3 ounces | Shredded Fontina cheese |
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Press out pizza dough. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over the dough, and pop into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Presto, a pizza.
