|8||Chicken pieces (I often use breasts or legs)|
|4 ounces||Can sliced mushrooms|
|1 teaspoon||Oregano or Italian seasoning|
Brown the chicken pieces in the oil. Put in the crockpot with everything else. I usually add more mushrooms. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
