Creole fish soup

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Red snapper,boned/shredded
1 pounds Shelled shrimp,diced
1 cup Minced onion
1 cup Diced potatoes
1 cup Cooked strained tomatoes
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 \N Bay leaf
\N \N Salt
\N \N Cayenne pepper
6 cups Water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in large saucepan.

2. Simmer 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

3. Add lemon juice; stir and serve.
