Creole fish soup

Ingredients

1poundsShelled shrimp,diced
1cupMinced onion
1cupDiced potatoes
1cupCooked strained tomatoes
1tablespoonButter or margarine
1Bay leaf
Salt
Cayenne pepper
6cupsWater
2tablespoonsLemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in large saucepan.

2. Simmer 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

3. Add lemon juice; stir and serve.
