Creamy chicken or turkey pot

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Diced potatoes
1 medium Onion
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1½ cup Chopped cooked chicken or
\N \N Turkey
1½ cup Chicken or turkey broth
2 teaspoons Parsley flakes
2 teaspoons Salt
1 \N Tall can (12 fl ounces) pet
\N \N Evaporated milk


In large saucepan, cook potatoes and onion in hot oil just until potatoes begin to brown. Add chicken or turkey, parsley, salt and broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in evaported milk. Heat soup until steaming, but DO NOT BOIL.
