| 2 | cups | Water |
| 1 | cup | Uncooked regular rice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | Chicken; cut up (uncooked) but skinned is nice | |
| ½ | 1.35 ounce envelope onion soup mix; (like Liptons) | |
Directions
Mix mushroom soup, water, rice and parsley. Place in bottom of roaster pan or casserole dish. Place chicken on top.
