1canMushroom soup
2cupsWater
1cupUncooked regular rice
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
1Chicken; cut up (uncooked) but skinned is nice
½1.35 ounce envelope onion soup mix; (like Liptons)

Directions

Mix mushroom soup, water, rice and parsley. Place in bottom of roaster pan or casserole dish. Place chicken on top.
