Cranberry stuffing

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Dry bread cubes
1½ cup Chopped cranberries
¼ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Grated orange peel
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Marjoram leaves
¼ teaspoon Thyme
½ cup Margarine, melted
½ cup Orange juice

In a large bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients; toss lightly. Use to stuff 4 to 5 pound bird or 7-lb pork crown roast. For crown roast, cover stuffing with foil if top becomes too brown and/or crusty.
