Cranberry stuffing

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Dry bread cubes |
| 1½ | cup | Chopped cranberries |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated orange peel |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Marjoram leaves |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
| ½ | cup | Margarine, melted |
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients; toss lightly. Use to stuff 4 to 5 pound bird or 7-lb pork crown roast. For crown roast, cover stuffing with foil if top becomes too brown and/or crusty.
