Crab stuffing

1poundsCrabmeat, fresh or frozen
cupChopped celery
cupMelted fat
2cupsBread crumbs
3Eggs, beaten
½cupChopped onion
cupChopped green pepper
2Cloves garlic, fine chop
1tablespoonChopped parsley
2teaspoonsSalt

Directions

Drain crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in fat until tender. Combine bread cubes, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, cooked vegs. and crabmeat. Mix well.
