Cranberry and bacon stuffing

Ingredients

8ouncesSmoked bacon - diced
1largeOnion; chopped
8ouncesFresh breadcrumbs
3tablespoonsFresh parsley; thyme, and rosemary
3tablespoonsDried; sweetened cranberries
1Free range egg

Directions

Fry the bacon in its own fat until browned. Add the onion and a splash of oil if needed, cook until softened and add the remaining ingredients, mix everything together and season well . Cool before using . Chill until needed.
