Cranberry orange muffins #1

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
⅓ cup Light brown sugar; firmly packed
2 tablespoons White sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Salt
2½ cup Post raisin bran
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
⅓ cup Oil
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
1 cup Cranberries

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Mix cereal and milk in another bowl and let stand about 3 minutes; stir will. Stir in egg, oil and peel. Add to flour mixture; mix just enough to moisten flour. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling each cup ¾ full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
