Cranberry beets

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (16 oz.) diced beets, drained
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 dash Salt

From Quick & Delicious Vegetable Delights, Johna Blinn Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve at once. Delicious with turkey or ham.
