Crab-boil spices

2tablespoonsMustard seeds
2tablespoonsBlack peppercorns
1tablespoonCelery seeds
2tablespoonsDried hot red pepper flakes
2teaspoonsGround ginger
5Bay leaves
2teaspoonsDried oregano
1tablespoonMinced dried chives
¼cupSea salt

Directions

In food processor combine all ingredients and pulse to a fine powder.

Store in an air-tight container.
