Crab mousse

2tablespoonsUnflavored gelatin
½cupCold water
1cupBoiling water
1cupMayonnaise
1cupWhipping cream
2cupsFlaked crabmeat
tablespoonPimiento
6Stuffed olives, stuffed
½Green peper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill.

Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
