Crab mousse

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 1 | cup | Boiling water |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream |
| 2 | cups | Flaked crabmeat |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Pimiento |
| 6 | Stuffed olives, stuffed | |
| ½ | Green peper, diced | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill.
Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
