Crab & spinach supreme

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Minced scallions |
| 1 | Clove garlic, crushed | |
| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated Parmesan Salt and pepper to taste Dash tabasco |
| 1 | pounds | Crambeat, flaked |
| 2 | packs | Frozen chopped spinach(10 oz), cooked and drained |
Directions
Saute scallion and garlic in butter; remove from pan. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in chafing dish; serve hot with crackers or party bread
