Ingredients

1cupMinced scallions
1Clove garlic, crushed
½cupButter
1tablespoonGrated Parmesan Salt and pepper to taste Dash tabasco
1poundsCrambeat, flaked
2packsFrozen chopped spinach(10 oz), cooked and drained

Directions

Saute scallion and garlic in butter; remove from pan. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in chafing dish; serve hot with crackers or party bread
