Corned beef salad

Ingredients

3ouncesPackage lemon gelatin
1cupBoiling water
¾cupMayonnaise
8ouncesCarton of sour cream
3tablespoonsHorseradish
1smallOnion, minced
1smallGreen pepper, minced
3Hard boiled eggs
1canCorned beef, crumbled

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water, then cool. Add all ingredients to cooled Jello. Pour into a 9 x 14 inch pan and chill overnight. I mix ingredients in my blender, mixing briefly after each addition, then mix into the Jello. Randy Rigg
