Corned beef salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Package lemon gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
¾ cup Mayonnaise
8 ounces Carton of sour cream
3 tablespoons Horseradish
1 small Onion, minced
1 small Green pepper, minced
3 \N Hard boiled eggs
1 can Corned beef, crumbled

Dissolve gelatin in water, then cool. Add all ingredients to cooled Jello. Pour into a 9 x 14 inch pan and chill overnight. I mix ingredients in my blender, mixing briefly after each addition, then mix into the Jello. Randy Rigg
