Corned beef salad

Ingredients

| 3 | ounces | Package lemon gelatin |
| 1 | cup | Boiling water |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 8 | ounces | Carton of sour cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Horseradish |
| 1 | small | Onion, minced |
| 1 | small | Green pepper, minced |
| 3 | Hard boiled eggs | |
| 1 | can | Corned beef, crumbled |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in water, then cool. Add all ingredients to cooled Jello. Pour into a 9 x 14 inch pan and chill overnight. I mix ingredients in my blender, mixing briefly after each addition, then mix into the Jello. Randy Rigg
