Corned beef #4

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Corned beef
1 can Sliced pineapple (in my opinion; the more the better!)
Whole peppercorns
1 Bottle CANADA DRY GINGERALE (I think it is 1.5 liters)
½ cup Brown sugar

Date: Sun, 11 Aug 96 14:28:07 PDT Wash the corned beef in running water. Boil in water for 2½-3 hours, changing the water every 45 minutes.

Marinate overnight in gingerale and peppercorns.

Glaze with brown sugar and bake with the pineapple slices for 45 minutes.

Slice while warm.
