|1 can||Sliced pineapple (in my opinion; the more the better!)|
|1||Bottle CANADA DRY GINGERALE (I think it is 1.5 liters)|
|½ cup||Brown sugar|
Date: Sun, 11 Aug 96 14:28:07 PDT Wash the corned beef in running water. Boil in water for 2½-3 hours, changing the water every 45 minutes.
Marinate overnight in gingerale and peppercorns.
Glaze with brown sugar and bake with the pineapple slices for 45 minutes.
Slice while warm.
