Corn-apple cakes (gluten-free)

Ingredients

1 cup Cornmeal
½ cup Garbanzo flour -- * see

1 cup Apple -- grated
1 cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Applesauce
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together, stirring well. Cook on a non-stick griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top and edges begin to dry.
