Corn muffins 2

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Baking powder
3½ cup Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
4 Eggs
1½ cup Milk
⅓ cup Vegetable oil

Combine sugar, baking powder, flour, cornmeal, eggs, and 1 cup of milk until well blended. Add remaining ½ cup of milk and the oil. Mix for 3 minutes. Place in well greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees (F) for about 20 minutes (until golden). Makes 30 muffins.
