Cooking bag chicken

Ingredients

Cooking bag
1tablespoonFlour
2eachesChicken breast halves
¼poundsSliced mushrooms
1eachGarlic clove -- minced
Minced fresh ginger
1tablespoonHoisin or barbeque sauce

Directions

Shake flour into bag to coat the inside. Add a small amount of liquid to bottom of bag and dissolve flour so it does not clump on food. Place chicken breasts on bottom of bag, cover with mushrooms, garlic, ginger and sauce. Tie bag with nylon tie, vent with knife slits in 5 or 6 places.
