|2 eaches||Chicken breast halves|
|¼ pounds||Sliced mushrooms|
|1 each||Garlic clove -- minced|
|Minced fresh ginger|
|1 tablespoon||Hoisin or barbeque sauce|
Shake flour into bag to coat the inside. Add a small amount of liquid to bottom of bag and dissolve flour so it does not clump on food. Place chicken breasts on bottom of bag, cover with mushrooms, garlic, ginger and sauce. Tie bag with nylon tie, vent with knife slits in 5 or 6 places.
