Confetti relish mold

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 pack (3-oz) lemon gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
2 tablespoons Tarragon vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Chopped cucumber; unpeeled
¼ cup Green pepper; finely chopped
¼ cup Sliced radishes
2 tablespoons Sliced green onions

Dissolve bouillon cubes & gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar & salt.

Chill until mixture is partially set. Add sour cream; beat until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients & pour into a 3-cup mold. Chill until mixture is firm. Serves 6.
