Measure | Ingredient |

½ pint | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | Cornstarch |
4 tablespoons | Sugar |
½ pounds | Cream cheese |
3 xes | Egg yolks |
1 teaspoon | Flavoring, vanilla or orange |
Cream cheese well, add cornstarch and egg yolks and mix well. Add sour cream 1 or 2 Tb at a time. Work fast and mix thouroughly. At the end add the sugar and flavoring. Spread over dough, roll and bake in moderate oven. Submitted By MARK MIKLAS On 08-11-95
