Cod fish latkes

| Boiling water | ||
| 1 | cup | Codfish cooked and shredded | 
| 2 | cups | Diced potatos | 
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Butter or marg. | 
Directions
Cook together in boiling water:1 cup codfish cooked and shredded 2 cups diced potatos When potatos are soft, drain and mash ADD 1 egg beaten, salt and pepper 1 tsp. butter or marg. Form into cakes,Dip in flour and fry in deep fat (shortening or oil)  Servr hot garnished with parsley. Serves 8. 
(top with a zesty tomato or curry sauce).
