Cocoanut meringues

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg whites
¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Cocoanut
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Orange extract
⅜ cup Chopped Dates

Beat egg whites stiff and beat sugar into them. Fold in other ingredients. Drop from teaspoon on greased tin. Bake in a moderate oven.

Time in oven, 30 minutes. Temperature, 300 degrees.
