Directions

Recipe by: Skinny Chocolate - ISBN 0-940625-80-6 Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray loaf pan and dust lightly with flour. Set aside.

In large bowl of electric mixer, beat margarine and fructose. Mix in mashed bananas and egg whites. Add flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add yogurt and vanilla. Batter should be smooth.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in center of oven 50 to 60 mins.

Cake will test done when tester inserted in cake comes out dry. Let stand 5 mins. Unmold and cool on wire rack. Slice and serve.
