2teaspoonsBaking soda
1teaspoonSalt
6tablespoonsCocoa powder -Make 3 wells and add to each---
2tablespoonsVinegar
¾cupOil
2teaspoonsVanilla -Pour over top:---
2cupsWater

Directions

Stir the entire mixture with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.

NOTES : This cake is contains no eggs, so it is good for people on egg free diets.
