Clubwoman's cake

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N ---Sift into 13x9 pan---
3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoons Cocoa powder -Make 3 wells and add to each---
2 tablespoons Vinegar
¾ cup Oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla -Pour over top:---
2 cups Water

Stir the entire mixture with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.

NOTES : This cake is contains no eggs, so it is good for people on egg free diets.
