Yield: 9 servings
|3 cups||Miniature marshmallows|
|1 cup||Crushed pineapple|
|1 cup||Whipping cream, beaten until stiff|
|1 cup||Crushed graham crackers|
In the top of a double boiler, melt marshmallows; stir in milk, pineapple and vanilla. Allow to cool and fold in whipping cream. Pack an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with crushed graham crackers and pour mixture on top. Chill and serve. Serves 9-12.
