Clouds of pineapple~

Yield: 9 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Miniature marshmallows
½ cup Milk
1 cup Crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Whipping cream, beaten until stiff
1 cup Crushed graham crackers

In the top of a double boiler, melt marshmallows; stir in milk, pineapple and vanilla. Allow to cool and fold in whipping cream. Pack an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with crushed graham crackers and pour mixture on top. Chill and serve. Serves 9-12.
