Ingredients

1 | cup | Chopped celery |
2 | cups | Chopped potatoes |
2 | cans | Minced clams |
1 | tablespoon | Apple cider vinegar |
¾ | cup | Butter/margarine |
¾ | cup | Flour |
1 | quart | Half and half |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
Pour clam juice and vinegar over vegetables, add water just to cover.
Simmer 30 minutes. Melt butter, blend in flour, cook 1 minute, then add half and half. Cook until smooth and thick. Add ½ ts salt and pepper to taste/ Last add vegetables and clams, cook in crock pot at least 1 hour until flavor is through.
