| ½ | teaspoon | Hot Pepper Oil |

| ½ | cup | White Wine |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Chinese Five Spice Powder |
Directions
Slice porkchop paper thin. Combine in pot with other ingredients.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove pork from broth. Reserve cooking broth.
