Measure Ingredient
1 clove Garlic; sliced
1 teaspoon Fresh gingerroot; grated or ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Caraway; ground
½ teaspoon Cardamom; ground
¼ teaspoon Mustard seed; ground
¼ teaspoon Avish; ground <not found in America>
¼ teaspoon Coriander; ground
½ teaspoon Tumeric; ground
⅓ cup Water
¼ teaspoon Fresh hot red chili
¼ teaspoon Paprika

Process everything together into a smooth mixture that will be as thick as toothpaste. Refrigerate with a jar with a tight cover. Use when needed.
