Ingredients

| 18 | larges | Tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine |
| 1 | small | Head of green cabbage chopped |
| 2 | Green peppers, chopped | |
| 1 | Red pepper, chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| 6 | tablespoons | Salt |
| 1 | large | Onion, peeled and chopped |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer until vegetables are tender. Spoon into hot sterilized jars; seal. Makes 8 pints.
