Chopped-pepper salad - country cooking

Ingredients

teaspoonDry mustard
teaspoonGround black pepper
1Stalk celery, coarsely chopped
1mediumCucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
2eachesLarge sweet red and green peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1largeBanana pepper or sweet yellow pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped

Directions

1. In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, basil, green onion, salt, mustard, and black pepper.

2. Add celery, cucumber, and peppers; toss until coated with dressing.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
