Chocolate top apple cake

½ cup Brown sugar

¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Milk
2 cups Apples; peeled, chopped

½ cup Nuts
½ cup Miniature chocolate chips
