Chocolate squidgy goo

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Flour
6 ounces Sugar
3 ounces Cocoa powder (NOT hot
\N \N Chocolate mix)
3 ounces Margarine (optional)
10 tablespoons Milk (optional)
2 drops Vanilla essence
\N \N For the sauce:
3 ounces Brown sugar
3 ounces Cocoa powder
1 pint Boiling water

Sieve together the flour, sugar & cocoa powder & mix with the margarine. Add the milk & vanilla essence if used. Place the mixture in a VERY well greased ovenproof dish. Over this sprinkle the seived sugar & cocoa powder from the sauce allowance & pour 1 pint of boiling water over the whole lot. Cover & cook at 375 for 45-60 mins.

Serve hot & with chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Then go out for a long walk to work off all those calories! File
