Chocolate chip cookie, the ultimate

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Crisco; butter flavored
1¼ cup Brown Sugar; firmly packed
2 tablespoons Milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 Egg
1¾ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Milk Choc. Chips (can substitute semi-sweet)
1 cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped

Heat over to 375. Cream crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Blend till creamy. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt, and soda. Add to creamed mixture. Gradually add chips and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
