| 12 | ounces | Unsweetened chocolate, |
| Broken into chunks | ||
| 8 | ounces | Heavy cream |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coffee liqueur |
| Assorted dipping foods | ||
Directions
Melt chocolates in top of boiler over low heat. Pour cream in slowly, blending well. Add liqueur. Pour melted mix into fondue pot, & heat over low flame, being careful not to scorch chocolate. Dipping foods may be: banana chunks, banana bread & cinnamon flavored cakes are particularly good with this dip.
